# Câu hỏi về Facebook, Zalo

## Câu 1. Tại sao hệ thống Getfly của tôi không có mục Facebook và Zalo?

Tính năng kết nối với Facebook ( Fanpage) và Zalo (Zalo OA) là hai tính năng mở rộng của Getfly,  không nằm trong gói CRM cơ bản

Nếu bạn có nhu cầu sử dụng thêm 2 Module này của Getfly nhờ bạn phản hồi lại thông tin để tư vấn viên của Getfly liên hệ tư vấn cụ thể cho bạn nhé!

## Câu 2. Để tích hợp Zalo OA với Getfly, tôi cần nâng cấp gói nào để sử dụng đầy đủ tính năng?

Để tích hợp Zalo OA với hệ thống Getfly, bạn cần sử dụng một trong hai gói Zalo OA: gói Nâng cao hoặc gói Premium, vì cả hai gói này đều hỗ trợ mở cổng kết nối API, giúp tích hợp dễ dàng và sử dụng đầy đủ tính năng.
