# Quản lý người dùng

Quản lý người dùng là một chức năng quan trọng trong Getfly CRM, cho phép bạn tạo, sửa, xóa và phân quyền cho các tài khoản người dùng trên hệ thống

## 1. Thêm mới người dùng

Để thêm mới người dùng (tài khoản) bạn truy cập **App Getfly -> tab Mở rộng -> Cài đặt -> Quản lý người dùng -> Thêm mới**

Màn hình thêm mới người dùng (tài khoản) hiện thị gồm 4 bước:

* **Bước 1: Thông tin cá nhân**

* **Bước 2: Mật khẩu**

* **Bước 4: Máy lẻ**

Sau khi cập nhật xong các thông tin ở 4 bước bạn click **Cập nhật**, màn hình hiển thị thông báo **Thêm người dùng thành công**

## 2. Quản lý người dùng

Màn hình quản lý người hiện thị toàn bộ các tài khoản trên hệ thống bao gồm các thông tin liên quan

* Tên tài khoản
* Phòng ban&#x20;

* Nhóm quyền
* Máy lẻ (nếu có)

Bạn có thể dễ dàng tìm kiếm thông tin người dùng theo các tiêu chí: **họ và tên, phòng ban và trạng thái Đang sử dụng hoặc Đã xóa**

Màn hình thông tin chi tiết tài khoản bạn có thể Gọi điện hoặc chat nhanh với tài khoản mong muốn

## 3. Sửa người dùng

Để sửa thông tin người dùng bạn lựa chọn biểu tượng ba chấm cạnh tên người dùng -> **chọn Sửa người dùng**

## 4. Xóa người dùng&#x20;

Để sửa thông tin người dùng bạn lựa chọn biểu tượng ba chấm cạnh tên người dùng -> **chọn Xóa người dùng**
